I have spent more than two decades in nonprofit and national leadership, working alongside executive directors, boards, and leadership teams as they navigate growth, transition, and complex organizational challenges.
I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in leadership and am a CoachNet-certified coach. Coaching athletes, chasing storms, and serving as a volunteer firefighter and EMT have taught me to stay calm, assess reality, communicate clearly, and take the next right step. I bring that same steadiness to nonprofit leadership.
My approach is relational, direct, and practical. I help nonprofit leaders step back from the immediate pressure, identify what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
The goal is not another binder on a shelf. It is greater clarity, healthier leadership, and practical movement on the mission that matters.
